At the end of the day, week, and month, all bookstore tasks need to get done. This includes the universal tasks of garbage disposal, bathroom cleaning, paper product restocking, store reset, alphabetizing sections, and store cat care (paws up if you've got one!). This session will tackle daily task lists as well as how to organize and divvy up responsibilities in an equitable manner, while taking into consideration job variability, scheduling needs, and the evolving needs of the business.
