The session will look at 2–3 children’s bookstores that utilized the ABACUS bookstore benchmarking survey to re-evaluate their business plans and had a glow-up into a more profitable bookstore. They will share what they can about their before-ABACUS snapshot and where they are now. We’ll explore what parts of the ABACUS survey they examined, KPIs they were neglecting, how they think about business health now, and how ABACUS is a useful tool no matter where you are in your bookstore business journey.
