Cancellation Policy: Registrants may cancel their registration by April 30, 2026 for a full refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, registrations canceled after April 30, 2026 are nonrefundable regardless of circumstances. Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual from their store on or before June 18, 2026. Transfers requested after June 18, 2026 will incur an additional $30 transfer fee. Please note that if you've purchased a bookstore tour ticket, that fee is non-refundable regardless of attendance. All requests for transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to childrensinstitute@bookweb.org
