This facilitated discussion will give Black, Indigenous, AAPI, Latino/a/x, Hispanic, and Chicano/a/x booksellers an opportunity to discuss the experience of working in white-owned stores and a predominantly white industry and to share best practices for surviving and thriving. This session will be facilitated by AJ and KJ Williams of RISEWITHUS.
