The ABA Board’s office hours are year-round opportunities for members to talk with Board Directors about the issues their stores are facing. These are important opportunities for the ABA Board to hear from members and to inform ABA’s Ends Policies (the overarching goals for ABA’s work) that the Board reviews each year. The Board is conducting office hours at Winter Institute as an in-person opportunity for attendees to stop by, say hello, and share thoughts and concerns about the industry.
