Conflict rarely arrives as a neat problem with an obvious solution. It comes with competing perspectives, unclear intentions, power dynamics, strong emotions, difficult choices, and questions about what to say—or whether to say anything at all.
The Conflict Lab will be an interactive space for working through the messy, real-world conflicts that don’t have easy answers. Participants will be invited to anonymously submit conflict dilemmas, questions, and situations for live exploration. Together, we’ll examine what may be happening beneath the surface, identify assumptions and power dynamics, consider the choices available, and explore what constructive engagement could look like.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all answers, the session will model a practical way to think through conflict with greater clarity, curiosity, and intention. We’ll provide some brief framing and a simple framework at the beginning, then spend the majority of the hour working through participant-submitted situations together.
No names or identifying details required. Bring the messy stuff.
