The ABA hotel block is now open. A unique booking link was emailed to registered attendees. The ABA group rate is $209 plus the current tax of 16% (subject to change).
The rate is good until Monday, May 19. Nights may be booked at this rate three days pre- and post-Ci2025 based on hotel availability. If you are unable to book a room, or get the message “No lodging matches your search criteria. Please change your search options and try again,” change your selection to another combination of days within the hotel block dates. Then email hotel@bookweb.org and alert our team of your situation. We will work with the hotel directly to secure your desired check-in and check-out dates and you will be directed to join the waitlist.
Please note that ABA does not endorse booking hotel reservations through third-party services or companies that misrepresent themselves as ABA's official housing provider. If you book a room through such entities, we cannot protect you from issues such as non-refundable deposits or incomplete reservations. If you are contacted by anyone other than an ABA team member, please reach out to hotel@bookweb.org.
Check-in & Incidentals
Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a legal ID and a credit or debit card to cover their stay and incidentals. An incidental authorization of $75 per day will be charged at check-in, and will be released after departure. The hotel will not hold your room if you do not check in on the first day of reservation by 11:59 pm PT.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation for no charge until two (2) days before arrival. No shows are subject to a one night room and tax fee.
Parking & Transportation
The Hyatt Regency offers on-site valet and self-parking.
Valet parking: $45 a day
Self-parking: $35 a day
