Celebrate the opening of Children’s Institute 2025 with friends from around the country at the Children’s Institute Costume Party! Come dressed as your favorite children's book character or collaborate with fellow booksellers on a group costume. All attendees are encouraged to put their best sartorial foot forward and join in the fun! Booksellers participating in the Ci2025 costume party have a chance to win one of five Amex gift cards. Booksellers, just pick up a numbered sticker from the station outside of the ballroom and mingle throughout the opening reception. Vote for your favorite costumes (using the sticker number) through the app. The five costumes who receive the most votes will win a gift card prize.
