Wi2024 offers four days of educational programming, as well as keynote talks, author receptions, publisher parties, and dedicated time to network with booksellers, authors, and publishers from around the country. 

Cancellation Policy:
Registrants may cancel their registration by January 3, 2024 for a full refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. 

Registrations canceled after January 3, 2024, are nonrefundable regardless of circumstances but registrants may transfer their registration to another individual from their store on or before January 31, 2024 for full credit.

All requests for transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to winterinstitute@bookweb.org.
