Registered attendees will receive a personalized link by email (subject: Download the Wi2026 Event App!, sent January 22) to access the app. Use it to log into the event in the Brella app.

 

3 COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

Complete your profile for Wi2026 and set your matchmaking preferences to make it easier to connect with others of similar interest at the institute.

 

Please note: Use the same email address submitted when you registered for Winter Institute. The Brella app requires iOS 15.6 or later or Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later.

 

Making the most of the Wi2026 app

Personalize your schedule

Your personal agenda is available in the footer menu via the My Schedule link. Add an event to your schedule by clicking the bookmark icon on its description. Meetings you arrange will automatically be added to your schedule.

 

Connect with fellow attendees

Your Interests and Event Persona help match you with others at the event. They can be selected during your initial log in to the Wi2026 app and can be edited at any time in your event profile, accessed via the icon in the upper right hand corner of the app. (The Industry and Function fields, also found on your event profile, won't be used at Wi2026.)

 

Optimize your view of the schedule

The Schedule view in the app can be adjusted to your preferences. Click the three sliders icon above the schedule to access Schedule Settings and choose from the Timeline, Linear, or List views. The Scale setting controls the width of the times shown. The Density setting controls the height of the events shown.
