Cancellation Policy: Registrants may cancel their registration by November 17, 2026 for a full refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Unfortunately because ABA pays fees ahead of time, registrations canceled after November 17, 2026 are non-refundable regardless of circumstances including medical reasons. Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual from their store on or before January 14, 2027. Transfers requested after January 14, 2027 will incur an additional $30 transfer fee. 

Associated fees for Offsite Tours and the Paz Workshop are 100% non-refundable. 

All requests for transfers and cancellations must be made in writing to winterinstitute@bookweb.org.
