The ABA hotel block is now open. A special booking link was emailed to registered attendees. The ABA group rate is $189, plus:
- The current tax of 14.45%;
- An additional $3 per room per night occupancy tax;
- The New Orleans & Company Tourism Support Assessment of 1.75% of each room rate, per room night.
The rate is good until Thursday, May 16. Nights may be booked at this rate three days pre- and post-Ci2024 based on hotel availability.
If you are unable to book a room, or get the message “No lodging matches your search criteria. Please change your search options and try again,” change your selection to checking-in on Tuesday and checking-out on Wednesday (or another combination of days within the hotel block dates). Then email hotel@bookweb.org and alert our team of your situation. We will work with the hotel directly to secure your desired check-in and check-out dates and you will be directed to join the waitlist.
IMPORTANT: ABA does not endorse booking hotel reservations through any external source. Other third-parties will misrepresent themselves as the official housing provider. Should you book a room through them, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. If you are contacted by anyone other than someone from the ABA team, please contact hotel@bookweb.org.

Check-in
Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide an ID and a credit or debit card to cover their stay and incidentals. A $100 charge will be placed as a hold on your card for the length of your stay and the actual amount will be charged upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time three (3) days before arrival.
Parking & Transportation
The Sheraton offers valet and on-site parking.
Valet parking: $52 a day
On-site parking: $42 a day
The garage ceiling has a maximum height of 6’5”
Ci2024 attendees staying at the Sheraton will receive at a discounted on-site parking rate of $16 a day when self parking.
